These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods at our webshop, aduroshop.com. When you place an order on this webshop, you accept these terms and conditions. This webshop is operated and owned by:

Payment and prices
On aduroshop.com you can order and pay with VISA or MasterCard.
Aduroshop.com has a cashing agreement with Bambora, which is also used as payment gateway. The cashing agreement, as well as the payment gateway meet all the security demands. All communication between the payment system and the cardholder takes place by means of an encrypted SSL connection. This ensures that no unauthorized persons can see the exchanged data.
The amount is not withdrawn on your card, until the goods leave Aduro A/S. It is not possible for Aduro A/S to withdraw a higher amount than the amount you have accepted when purchasing. The total price of the purchase incl. VAT, potential fees, delivery costs etc., appears in the webshop when you have placed your goods in the basket and selected the delivery country and delivery method. All the prices are shown in Euro (€). We reserve the right to adjust prices and taxes, false pricing, and discontinued or sold-out goods. When you make a purchase on aduroshop.com, you will receive an order confirmation of your purchase via e-mail.

We offer different delivery methods depending on which goods you order and which country you order it to:
Delivery of larger and heavier goods (+30 kg)
When purchasing larger and heavier goods, e.g., an outdoor fireplace, your order will be delivered by carrier. When delivering by carrier, your order will be delivered to the kerb, and you must be at home to sign for the package. Pallet delivery with carrier (+30 kg) outside the EU is unfortunately not possible. In this case, we therefore refer to local dealers.
We deliver your package within approx. 3-7 working days both with GLS and with pallet delivery. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with your track and trace number. Regardless of private- or pallet delivery, the delivery of your package will happen on working days between 8 AM and 5 PM. If the package is not delivered within the mentioned delivery time, the consignee must contact Aduro within 7 days. You can contact us at [email protected]
If you have chosen private delivery with GLS but are not at home to sign for the package, GLS will deliver the package to a near-by-pick-up location, and at the same time leave a message with instructions on how to pick up the package. If the package is not collected within 14 days from the first delivery attempt, the package will automatically be returned to Aduro A/S.
You can always see the delivery price when you have placed your goods in the basket and chosen the delivery country. The delivery price varies according to the weight of the package and which country the package is to be shipped to. The VAT rate will vary depending on the delivery country.
Right of cancellation
When you shop on aduroshop.com, you have 14 days right of cancellation. The right of cancellation expires 14 days after the day you receive the package. If you have ordered several different goods in the same order and the goods are delivered individually, then the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If you want to cancel your purchase, you must notify us before the expiry of the cancellation period. You can send an email to [email protected]
If you regret your purchase, you may return your goods no later than 14 days after receiving them. You must notify us, that you want to use your right of cancellation. Return the goods to: Aduro A/S, Beringvej 17, 8361 Hasselager, Denmark. Send a copy of the delivery note or attach the order no. in the return package.
If you want to return an item, you must bear the direct costs associated with the return yourself. Furthermore, you need to buy a return label from the shipping company you have chosen.
The item must be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for dispatch, since you are responsible for the item until we receive it.
If you regret your purchase within the right of cancellation period, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs. However, we do not refund extra costs in case you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer. If you only regret the purchase of some items and want to keep other items, we do not refund the delivery costs. In such cases, you will only get a refund on the cost of the returned items.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notification about cancelling the agreement. The amount of the refund will be transferred to the card you have used for payment unless we have agreed otherwise. We do not impose any fees on refund. We can withhold the payment, until we have received the returned goods, or until you have sent documentation for the returned goods, whichever comes first.
The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as they were when you received them. You are therefore personally liable for deterioration in the value of the goods, which is due to a different handling of the goods than what was necessary to determine the nature of the goods, its properties, and the way in which the goods work, or if you treat the goods in a way that deteriorates the value. You can therefore lose the purchase price fully or partially, and the amount that you get back will in that case depend on the commercial value of the product.
The original packaging can affect our ability to resell our goods and a damaged or discarded packaging can therefore lead to a decrease in the product’s value and thus affect your chance of getting the full purchase price refunded. We therefore recommend returning the goods in its original packaging (including possible pallet).
If there is something wrong with the goods
The statutory rules regarding the right of complain, the claim period and defects, including the sales act’s rules of deficiency, apply at any time. As a consumer you have a 2-year right of complaint on all goods. This means that you can plead faults and defects on the product within 2 years.
If the right of complaint is justified you can either have the product repaired or-, exchanged, get your money back, or get a reduction in price - depending on the specific situation. If the complaint is legitimate, we will refund the transport costs for your return shipment.
The right of complaint does not cover normal wear and tear, and it is a prerequisite that the damage did not occur because of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behavior on your part. Likewise, it is a prerequisite that the damage did not occur because of lack of compliance with our instructions, including manuals on instruction, operation, maintenance, or service.
If you discover defects or deficiencies on the product you receive, you must contact Aduro A/S as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
You can send a complaint by contacting us at [email protected]. Please describe the defect or the deficiency as detailed as possible. Please also fill in our claim form, which you can find here. It is not a requirement that you fill in the claim form, but it facilitates our handling of your claim and minimizes the processing time. Afterwards, you must return the defective item with a copy of your order confirmation enclosed. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging and that you must have a receipt for the shipment, to make it easier for us to refund your shipping costs.

Are you missing an item in your package?
We always do our very best to ensure that you receive the goods you have ordered. Unfortunately, it can happen that we forget to put an item in your package. In this case, please contact our customer service at [email protected] Please send a picture of your delivery note and inform us which item you are missing in your package.

We recommend that you always check your package for visible damage or defects before signing for it. You always have the opportunity to receive the package with reservations if a damage is assessed to only affect the packaging. If the item is visibly damaged, you can sign with reservations or refuse receiving it. Contact then our customer service at [email protected] within 48 hours and notify us that you have rejected the package. If you discover damages on the product when you unpack your package you must report it as soon as possible – but no later than 5 days.
Repair and replacement
If the goods are subject to defect and deficiencies, Aduro A/S will undertake within reasonable time either to remedy these defects or to deliver a new, defect-free product. If neither repair nor exchange is possible, Aduro A/S will refund the purchase price incl. your documented expenses associated with the return.
Aduro A/S cannot be held responsible for any indirect loss or consequential damages. Aduro A/S makes all agreements in English and according to Danish legislation. When shopping on aduroshop.com, the standard Danish legal rules of buying and legal agreements, including the rules about consumer purchase, apply. As a consumer you are therefore protected by the existing legislation, this respect, meaning primarily the Danish Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
Aduro A/S are not responsible for delayed or missing deliveries caused by force majeure events.
To make a deal with us on www.aduroshop.com, we need some personal data, including name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. Aduro A/S is responsible for handling your personal data, and we do not disclose information to third parties, except for the information necessary to complete an order.
You always have the right to be informed about which personal information we collect about you. You also have the right to request that the information will be deleted.
